Development of projects in the chemical industry.

Fargona Kimyo Zavodi LLC was established in 2012 on the basis of the Fergana Chemical Plant of Furan Compounds.

The Fergana Furan Compounds Plant unitary enterprise was established in 1946 due to the need to use ethyl technical alcohol in the defense industry.

In 1965, tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol and feed yeast production shops were built, a hydrogen workshop and a nitrogen unit were commissioned.

In 2002, the German Unionmatex commissioned production of cotton cellulose with a capacity of 30 thousand tons per year at the plant.

In 2016, Alliance Capital K/S invested 3 million USD in purchase and upgrade of the Fargona Kimyo Zavodi LLC.

Now, the Company is one of the largest producers of cotton cellulose in Uzbekistan and the CIS. These products are used by many manufacturers and at this stage 90% of the products are exported to Bulgaria, China, Germany, Serbia, Russia and other CIS countries.

Together with the Adria Polymers (Omisalj, Croatia), the Alliance Capital K/S is developing supplies of monomers (ethylene, propylene and vinyl chloride monomer) for polymers production in Croatia. Adria Polymers is the heir to the most significant chemical company in the former Yugoslavia and the plant is being upgraded with the participation of leading Taiwanese and US companies. Alliance Capital K/S has the status of a preferential supplier of raw materials at the time of the upgraded plant launch.
